Just a short note to thank you for taking such good care of us these past few months while we've covered Wilmington from one end to the other in search of our new, and I hope final address. It was a difficult search for you but you never wavered in your dedication to our needs. You always provided sound counsel and logical/pragmatic comment as we sifted so many homes.
As time went on, and on, and on I was struck by your professionalism and your incredible patience. As the time drew near for Jackie and Charlie to arrive in town, you alertly found the small place on Lakemoor Dr. It not only provided a haven for Jackie and Charlie, it has become our staging area for our final search in Wilmington.
Now, here we are about to close on our "real" home and you continue to lavish your attention on all the details of the deal.
In the process of our professional exposure I've come to admire you not only as a "real pro" but as a real person with whom I look forward to interacting often as we put down our long term roots here in Wilmington. I have enjoyed our time together while we were on the hunt.
